Scottsdale and Virtual Openings
I am currently a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have grown a passion for working hands on with individuals of all ages, couples, and families over the last eight years. My experience has varied from working in child education, to working as a suicide crisis responder, and working in private practice. From this, I have developed a deeper understanding of human attachment, emotion, trauma, depression, and anxiety ranging from all ages. I gained my interest in human experiences and interactions when I was able to process and understand the significance it holds in daily life and within all relationships. I find it crucial to create a safe, collaborative, and comfortable environment for my clients in order to offer them useful support through life’s daily challenges.
My therapeutic approach is supporting clients through healing and bonding. I am a strong believer that becoming the best version of yourself is absolutely achievable with the right kind of support and tools. I find joy in helping clients recognize their strengths, to then utilize these skills in their daily lives. I place emphasis on being emotionally present, nonjudgmental, and accepting of anyone who chooses to pursue working with me. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Prepare and Enrich Assessments, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
