Autism and Neurodivergent Assessments Now Available
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#15305) and I specialize in working with pre-teens/adolescents, young adults, and families. I am passionate about helping others navigate difficult life circumstances to get to a place of healing and peace. My goal is to create an environment where clients can feel safe, heard, and validated. My degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I have a strong belief in Family Systems work. I believe even when treating an individual, considering the systems around them can be important to the healing process. I value approaching my clients from a strengths-based approach, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I aim to foster an approach that encourages honesty and accountability while also providing support and encouragement.
My experience lies primarily in treating pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. This work has included a great deal of family therapy. I have found a love for helping this population to navigate life’s challenges that range from social anxiety, trauma, and inappropriate boundaries. I have over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents who have or are currently struggling with boundary issues with others or who may be engaging in other concerning behaviors, including behaviors that may be reactive due to previous trauma. I am a certified trauma therapist and certified to treat individuals with poor physical boundaries.
In addition, I am also an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and have a passion for helping families who have been impacted by Autism. Being on the spectrum, as well as loving someone on the spectrum, presents a unique set of needs that I feel are best treated with compassion, patience and understanding. I believe that when working with this population it is important to place a significant focus on building on the strengths of the client and family.
My greatest hope is to provide clients with an experience they can grow in and to be able to leave each session feeling hopeful about the future. I want clients to know I will walk through this journey alongside them, providing support for one’s healing and foster growth and development of one’s strengths.

Supervision Available
Darcy Easley is an approved supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. It is important in the supervision process to follow the guidelines set forth by the AZBBHE and AAMFT. There should be a focus on creating a safe environment where supervisees feel supported, encouraged and that they are working toward their personal goals and their professional growth.
Supervision is a requirement for all non-licensed and associate licensed therapists providing services to others. Supervision is required by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. Darcy has provided individual and group supervision for therapists who are seeking independent licensure since 2021.
Darcy has a strong belief in the supervision process being centered around the needs of the supervisee. Identifying strengths and building on them while also continuing to develop new skills is an important part of supervision. Creating a trusting relationship that allows the supervisee to feel comfortable asking questions and to have open and honest communication with the supervisor will drive the supervision process. It is Darcy’s hope this process can be enjoyable and fun as well.
