Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is helpful for couples that want to work on improving their communication, connection, and intimacy. Couples therapy is an ongoing process in which the couple works with one therapist on their relationship goals.
Sessions can be 50 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours and will be determined by the couple and the therapist’s recommendations.
In sessions, the therapist will explore partners’ attachment histories, backgrounds, relationship history, unmet needs, strengths, and goals for therapy. Then the therapist and the couple will develop a treatment plan to guide each therapy session.
