I am currently a graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University. My academic training and commitment to evidence-based practices provide a holistic foundation to support children, teens, individuals, couples, and families in creating meaningful change.

My therapeutic practice is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, a touch of humor, and meeting you exactly where you are. Tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of my clients, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore complex emotions, heal from trauma, break cycles, and gain deeper insight into relationships and self-discovery.

Healing is rarely a straight path, but I believe it is within those twists and turns that transformative growth plants its roots. Whether this is your first step into therapy or a renewed investment in yourself, I look forward to starting our journey together.
