Scottsdale and Virtual Openings
I am currently a Temporary Licensed Associated Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with a Masters of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Human Development, and a minor in Psychology. I have experience working with people of all ages and walks of life. I have advanced training in Brainspotting Therapy (a powerful trauma therapy technique that helps process deep emotional pain and unresolved trauma), Prepare Enrich Assessments (an assessment tool which helps couples build stronger foundations through understanding each other’s personalities, communication styles, and relationship dynamics), and infidelity disclosures.
I have always been passionate about helping others, and my passion has only grown deeper as I have continued my work as a therapist. I take a very collaborative approach to therapy, rooted in a genuine therapeutic relationship built on authenticity. I believe every person and relationship is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet those individual needs. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals who are seeking to heal from trauma, improve communication, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Whether you're dealing with relationship struggles, life transitions, or emotional wounds, I am here to support you in finding solutions that align with your values and goals. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with your inner strength.
