Frequently Asked Questions
How much does therapy cost and do you accept insurance?
Our rates range from $100-$175 depending on the therapist and the level of training and experience of the therapist. Our goal is to connect you with the right therapist for you and recommend that you review the profile of each therapist and call to speak to our administrative assistant to discuss your specific situation and needs.
We do not accept insurance and are considered “out of network” providers. We provide a claim form to submit to insurance for reimbursement according to your plan, as well as therapists that are available to meet with you at a reduced rate if needed. We do not accept insurance to protect your confidentiality and to allow you to have control over your therapy. Many insurance plans restrict the number of sessions you can attend and place requirements on types of therapy. Also, specific diagnoses are often required for the insurance company to approve of sessions. We believe that you as the client, along with the therapist, should work together to create a specific treatment plan and determine frequency/number of sessions. Additionally, many insurance companies limit coverage for couples and the licensure of the therapist for reimbursement so make sure to verify your specific insurance plan for details. We do accept HSA or FSA (health or flex savings account) payment but also require another form of payment to be placed on file in the even that HAS or FSA are declined.
The cost for therapy sessions vary based on needs and experience of your provider.
My schedule is busy, how can I fit this in?
We offer therapy at convenient days and hours including Monday-Saturday sessions from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Our job is to create stress relief, not more stress so we find ways to be flexible and accommodate multiple schedules. We offer in-person appointments in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Gilbert. We also offer online appointments in which you can meet with the therapist from the comfort of your own home.
Is our therapist going to tell us what to do?
We have highly skilled therapists who have specific training and expertise. We are also aware that you are the expert on you. We find a collaborative approach to create the biggest level of change. Our therapists bring their ability to explore feelings, deeper areas, and create new perspectives. We will never tell you what to do but will instead create options and support you in choosing the best one for you.
Do you offer individual therapy?
Yes! We love working with individuals of all ages. We would love the opportunity to work with you in individual therapy to create change in your life. We have therapists that specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
