Chantal Laing, LAMFT

Scottsdale and Virtual Openings

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can recognize, but aren’t yet sure how to shift. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through pairing insight with intentional practice. I feel honored to support individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating relational repair, family-of-origin wounds, life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, trauma/PTSD, and identity rediscovery. Together, we’ll explore and challenge the emotional and relational patterns shaping your current experience while building greater clarity, security, and connection.

I draw from advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method (L1 & L2), and Prepare/Enrich when working with couples and families. In my work with individuals, I integrate Brainspotting (Ph 1), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to support trauma healing and exploration of the parts of you seeking new meaning.

Blending trauma-informed and attachment-based modalities, I am to cultivate a space that is attuned, collaborative, and deeply human. My approach balances curiosity with gentle challenge, supporting clients toward meaningful growth and self compassion. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out to schedule a brief (15-20 min) consultation call!
