Chantal Laing, LAMFT
Scottsdale and Virtual Openings
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can name, but aren’t sure how to change. As a systemic Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my work is grounded in an integrative approach and the belief that lasting change happens through practice, not insight alone. In our sessions, you’ll learn and apply tailored tools to your lived experiences to shift relational patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside clients seeking to manage or heal from people-pleasing, anxiety, identity rediscovery, relational repair, family-of-origin wounds, in-law boundaries, grief, and experiences of sexual and physical abuse.
I hold advanced training in Phase 1 Brainspotting, Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, Gottman’s Treating Affairs & Trauma, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Prepare/Enrich for couples and premarital work. I also integrate foundational training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy to support exploration of the parts of you seeking new meaning.
I utilize my expertise in trauma and attachment-based modalities to cultivate a therapeutic space that feels safe and intentional as we work toward greater internal alignment and actionable change. If you’d like to learn more about what our work together may look like, I’d love to connect for a brief (15-20 minute) consultation call!
